Opotiki E Marketing

Just over a year ago D&D Realties Limited became a member of Ray White.  During that time the office has grown its market share through providing the highest level of service into the marketplace.  Jackie Rooney, a strong believer in technology which enables property in Opotiki to be exposed to a broader audience, has recently developed a local e-book which is available for their client database and also for distribution through social media.

In talking with Jackie Rooney, the owner of Ray White Opotiki, said “It is difficult on occasions to broaden the marketing platform of property in Opotiki but with the support of Ray White through Trade Me Property, our own local website, social media and our e-book, it gives us wide distribution that is not matched by any other company.”  Jackie went on to say that the team are utilising the technology and print media of Ray White with the latest Herald on Sunday lift-out having a good response. After 10 years in the business, Jackie said that integrity and excellent customer service is what they offer and this gives outstanding results when combined with Ray White marketing.

Mid Winter Christmas

The team from Ray White Kingsland, led by Chris and Lesley Hawes, held their mid winter Christmas function at the Rocky Nook Bowling Club at Fowlds Park in Auckland.  Over 150 of Ray White Kingsland’s past and present clients attended and were given a huge ‘thank you’ by the Ray White team at this annual event. As part of the evening there were popular acts which kept both children and adults entertained throughout the night.

In her speech Lesley Hawes, one of the principals of the office, commented on the wonderful support their business had received from the local community.  She went on to say the office in Kingsland was in its fifth year and had continued to build the business to becoming a market leader.  The family values of the business held it in good stead and she said that the business would not be in the position it is today without all her loyal clients and friends.

During the evening there was a draw for a trip for two to see the musical Hairspray at the Melbourne Princess Theatre with two nights’ accommodation.  The winners of the prize were Clair and Steve, who were previous clients of Ray White Kingsland, and they were thrilled to win the trip to Melbourne.

Trade Me Property Key to On line Marketing

The Ray White Group are proud founding members of  Trade Me Property and since 2005 has provided all of their vendors with an online listing on Trade Me Property as an essential part to the Ray White  marketing mix.

In the latest survey by Nielsen Net Ratings Online, July 2010 shows that Trade Me Property had more than 10 times the total viewing time of any other of the websites ranked; with its nearest competitor being realestate.co.nz. and 40 times more than the next property website.

Carey Smith, Chief Executive of the Ray White Group in New Zealand, said that since joining Trade Me Property in 2005 it has provided Ray White vendors with a distinct advantage over many of the other real estate companies who do not give their vendors a choice in regards to the websites in which they appear.  “Each of our vendors are offered a Trade Me Property listing as part of the Ray White marketing advantage and not only does this increase buyer response, but also ensures that each individual property listed by Ray White has the greatest exposure online.”

Ray White is the number one real estate company on Trade Me Property with just over 13,000 properties currently displayed.
